I have installed two flavours of linux on this machine.
1) Ubuntu 10.04.2 LTS was not very successful, screen resolution was not recognised, wireless was not recognised.
2) Ubuntu 11.10 Oneiric Ocelot.

Very good, screen, wireless and webcam found upon installation.
I am very pleased with the results.
The only problem I noticed is the backlit keyboard only lights up when the keys are pressed.
Will update when I have tested more…
