Tested with Ubuntu 18.04 for more than two weeks now. It is a daily driver for some things related to work. Everything works fine, even two finger scrolling on the touchpad and a Dell docking station. Still have trouble with slight tearing when moving applications on the desktop, but otherwise good performance even with Compiz installed.

I am using the NVidia proprietary drivers.
